Junior Wolverines Night was a special evening for our lacrosse family as we celebrated the future of Wolverines Lacrosse during the varsity team’s March 27 matchup against the Harrison High School Hoyas.
This year marked an exciting milestone for our Junior Wolverines program with the introduction of our very first 4th/5th grade team, joining our growing middle school program and continuing the development of youth lacrosse within our community. Together, both teams combined for nearly 30 young athletes who proudly represented the next generation of Wolverines players.
Throughout the evening, our Junior Wolverines were recognized alongside the varsity team and had the opportunity to experience game night under the lights while being celebrated by players, coaches, and families. From our newest elementary players learning the game to our middle school athletes continuing to grow their skills and love for lacrosse, the night was a reminder of how much the program continues to grow each year.
Building a strong youth program is essential to the future of Wolverines Lacrosse, and seeing so many young athletes wearing the program colors with pride was something truly special. The excitement, energy, and enthusiasm shown by these players is a reflection of the bright future ahead for our teams.
A huge thank you goes out to all of our players, coaches, parents, and supporters who continue helping grow the Junior Wolverines program. The foundation being built today will help shape Wolverines Lacrosse for years to come.
We are incredibly proud of all 30 of our Junior Wolverines and cannot wait to watch them continue to develop both on and off the field. The future is bright for Wolverines Lacrosse!
